The Suicide Prevention Centre of Montreal (SPCM) takes the quality of its services to heart, and the satisfaction of its users is very important. The SPCM is committed to taking note of any unsatisfaction or complaints from the public regarding its services.
To report a dissatisfaction or complaint to the CPSM team, you can:
